Ginny's expertise in Architectural Hardware is based on 30 years of hands-on experience....first in retail sales and installations, then as a distributor's outside salesperson, and now as a manufacturer’s representative. She has knowledge of, and experience in all levels of the market.

She is known for strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, dealers, installers, and project owners. Newbury Sales Group’s success is based on Ginny’s focus on customer service, dealer training, technical sales, attention to detail, and passion for residential decorative products.

Ginny is a proud alumnus of the University of Connecticut, with a BS in Marketing and an MBA. She is a long-term member of the Board of Directors and is currently Vice President of the Yankee Security Convention, a regional trade show for the hardware and security industry. Ginny is also actively involved with North Bennet Street School, a 125 year old trade school in the heart of Boston. She is currently on the Advisory Committee for their Locksmith program.

When she is not at work, you can find Ginny on a golf course, on a tennis court, or reading a novel.

Colleen supports all aspects of the sales process. Her knowledge of products and procedures support her work with designers, installers, dealers, and manufacturers. She conducts many training seminars for Newbury Sales Group.

Colleen is a graduate of Central Connecticut University with a degree in Psychology. When she isn’t working with customers in Southern New England she enjoys spending time at home in Connecticut with her husband and their two daughters.

Robert has worked as an Independent Rep, both in a large agency and for the past 6 years in his own agency.  Robert follows a simple belief:  communicate honestly with everyone and do what you said you would.  Before kitchen, bath, and hardware, he worked in the material handling and process control industries.  When not working, Robert fights a losing command battle with Zoey, his Labramutt, dreams about driving the ‘Ring, and enjoys the company of his wife and two children.

Erik joined Newbury Sales Group in September of 2021 and has a diverse sales background that has encompassed working in a variety of industries, ranging from selling non-technical to high technical products. This diversity includes having worked for both a distributor and a manufacturer.

He got his sales career started working as an Outside Sales Representative for a distributor covering New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Later,working for a cork supplier as Regional Sales Manager covering all of New England. He then served as a Sales Representative for a small high tech manufacturing company.

One of the things he has enjoyed most about working in sales, is the rapport and relationships that he built with his customers over the years, which has always included a commitment to superior client service and satisfaction.
